On a nice day at the College of Marin the Seals and Giants played a close one.The Giants jumped out to a quick 5-0 lead scoring 3 in the top of 1st and 2 in the 2nd inning.The score remained that way until the bottom of the 6th. The Seals rallied for 5 runs in the 6th with the key hits being a 2 run double by Seals rookie Brian Scully and a 2 run single by Frediani that tied it 5-5. In the bottom of the 8th the Seals scored 4 more times starting with a lead off triple by crazy legs Jesse J. After a K for the first out of the inning the Seals reeled off 5 consecutive hits including 2 doubles that pushed the score to 9-5. In the top of the 9th the Giants made a furious rally! Scoring 3 times before Aaron saved the game by striking out the final batter with the potential tying and winning runners on the bases. Well played by both teams!
